End Homelessness with Nest mission
CHRISTMAS GIFT OF ROOMS
Christmas is the most lonely time for homeless people. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day families get together. But few homeless people have a family to go to. They experience cold physically, emotionally and spiritually. This is a time they raise a question where is love of God? Many churches offer gift packages of clothes, shoes and hats, etc. But they need more than that.
Nest Mission offers gift of motel rooms for three nights – Christmas Eve and Christmas Day- with clean underwear, gift packages and meals. So "there is a room in the inn." The number of rooms and guests can be expanded if we have more sponsors for this event. Please contact us if you or your group would like to participate in.
Nest Mission has been helping the homeless who are ready to move in through the housing navigator or case manager of local agencies. We support their first rent or deposit.
