Our Activites

Today we have gathered for the Friday meal service at the Free Showers. Blue Heron Café Sandwich Shop in Ballard has provided 32 foot-long sandwiches, snacks, and pops. They also prepared a blanket, socks, hats, and gloves. The former team leader of the Compassion ministry of the Community Church of Seattle has joined for their cooking and packaging. Though having snow overnight and chilly weather, we had a good number of people when I got there, and people have kept coming. Grace Kim brought a pot of coffee and served it to our friends. Pastor Ernest has joined to share God’s Words with them.

We handed out 4 sleeping bags, bus tickets, socks, hats, a blanket, and some thermal base tee and pants for men and women. So far we have given out thermal base Tee and pants for 90 homeless people.
